As others have stated they are VERY pushy about leaving tips. I paid with a credit card and indicated on my receipt to leave a tip using the suggested options (15%, 20% or 25%). The woman stated they can’t add those tips line restaurants do and suggested I tip in cash, which I did. I checked my credit card transactions later and lo and behold she did charge the additional money on the credit card for the tip.
New Management. I've been coming for over 10 years and have never been pushed for more than a 20% tip which I have always given and sometimes more. Energy is really bad when you go to pay for such a beautiful massage. Also there were interruptions. That equals no business from me. Boo Hoo! I use to love this place.
Raised their prices and asking for a mandatory minimum tip of $20. The lady said it was "required". Also, I got a 50 min massage not one hour with all the interruptions and rude interactions with staff while trying to relax...Not coming back here again after being a regular.
I have been looking for a place for a foot massage and I got way more than that. I work on my feet and they have been feeling so bad. I do have a membership at another massage place however I wanted to try something a little new and different. So I found Venus Foot Spa.
