I regret filing my taxes with Ventures Tax. They submitted my return by paper instead of electronically, which already caused unnecessary delays. I have had nothing but bad experiences with taxes my whole life. It has always been a headache, over complicated, and a long process which has made me hesitant when it comes to doing my taxes. Thank you, Thank you, Mark. After waiting 4 months H&R Block in Lacombe had not even looked at my taxes that I had taken in. I took my tax adjustment in to Mark at Venture Tax and he completed it in less than 1/2 an hour, and got my refund processed. I highly recommend Mark and will never go back to an H&R Block. He really knows his stuff.
