Since new ownership it’s been horrible. DO NOT come here, impossible to get ahold of accountant.
This place has gone down the crapper. Mark (the previous owner) used to care very deeply about his clients needs and values. He would take time to explain things, he would answer his phone and would return voicemails promptly This is not the case if the new Owner Sean Neill and his wife Kori. Since they have taken over this firm, they have no interest in caring for the existing clients that Mark so diligently cared for. As a business owner myself, I really hate leaving 1 star reviews. Used to have good service when the previous owner was running things . The new owner is way over his head and incompetent; lost a bunch of our paper work for our business and is ducking our calls . No responsibility , disrespectful and poorly run!
