Thee best place to go. I was so stressed about my pile of stuff. Sean in 15 minutes, got it done. Been with company for years. Fabulous experts at dealing with everything. Im so pleased. Would highly recommend. No thanks to H&R block
Went in today to have my taxes done. (I have used Mark for the last 8 years with no issues), and the older lady helping me was asking me about my paperwork and does she need all of it, like what the heck, you're supposed to be the professional. Took all my paperwork back and left.
Since new ownership it’s been horrible. DO NOT come here, impossible to get ahold of accountant.
This place has gone down the crapper. Mark (the previous owner) used to care very deeply about his clients needs and values. He would take time to explain things, he would answer his phone and would return voicemails promptly This is not the case if the new Owner Sean Neill and his wife Kori. Since they have taken over this firm, they have no interest in caring for the existing clients that Mark so diligently cared for. As a business owner myself, I really hate leaving 1 star reviews.
