I recently purchased a new Yeti ASR from an online bike shop that claimed the bike would be "expertly built and tuned" before shipping. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. We rented e-bikes to ride from Avon to Vail Pass and back. The bikes were in great condition and the customer service was excellent. We will rent from them again!
