I don't actually owe anyone any money. The hospital made an error and tried to charge me $700 more than they should have. I contested the amount and the hospital corrected the error and sent me 2 updated bills. I paid the bills immediately, though they arrived 2 months apart. I have been receiving letters from Venture for the past 6 months trying to get me to pay these already paid amounts. Pain In The Butt & Stupid – I have never seen such a bunch of asss holes. They call and call and call and call. I never answer. They have been calling for months. My number is unlisted and I don't owe anyone anything. I suppose some low feeder used my number, but I can not believe these Jacks call forever. I'm gonna go over to that place and stomp a hole in their asss just for the fun of it.

Very rude and unprofessional – Karen Thompson a CA agent there would threaten me with lawsuits even when I was making efforts to pay , she would bring me to tears. Our agreement that she would set aside a judgment they placed against me if a made payments was a complete lie! I am seeking attorney representation against this firm. isn't interesting that all the comments on this cite about this firm are about the same things? We are not lying! we are abused consumers!!!

Couldn't be worse – I wish I could remember the name of the guy who calls us from Venture Financial. He always gives his name as "Mr." so and so. I guess he thinks this makes him sound important or superior. I call him by his first name. My wife took the most recent call. She tried to ask questions, get a number so I could call back, etc and he just kept talking over her. Venture Financial - Very unprofessional – Having to deal with Venture Financial was just like rubbing salt in a wound. I got sick and had some hospital bills get out of control. I received frequent calls to my place of employment after many many requests to not call me at my job. I even gave them my cell phone number in order to avoid the embarrasment of having to deal with these vultures at work for all of my coworkers to hear. They are always rude with me, even when I am trying my best. I recently worked with Wakefield & Associates and they are THE BEST. Very undertanding of situations and really try to work with you.

Very Poor Customer Service – Venture Finance claims to be representing Cedar Crest apartments, who claim there I owe them $1164. When I left Cedar Crest I was paid in full. 7 months later, Venture Finance called my office, and said they have sent repeated notices to my home (I may have received one or two statements, which were very unprofessional, so I ignored them since I had paid Cedar Crest in full).
