Friendly staff and a great range of bikes and accessories. Got my bike fit done for a steal
Outstanding prompt service I booked my gravel bike in for a new rear cassette as gears had been slipping. Rob advised it may not need a new cassette, but they would check it out. Within 2 hours I received a text saying it was ready for pickup. No rear cassette required, the gears were out of alignment, all fixed and a bill for $40 .. .. unbelievable service, congrats guys, a very satisfied customer. Riding like a dream!

I have been riding for over 20years (and have zero bike maintenance skills so use bike shops/mechanics A LOT!) and out of desperation and geography went to Ventura today and BY FAR this place was the best/most helpful/pleasant/knowledgeable bike shop experience I have ever had. Despite popping in unannounced the help/assistance was of the highest order. These guys are the best of the best
