Unbelievable service by the team especially Rob, great selection, top of their game, very friendly, no pressure to buy, we purchased 2 bikes Friday and went back Saturday for another as we were so happy with the quality and service.
Rob and the team do quality work, they also are solid humans. Rob is all for supporting the local community. Craig is a massively underrated bike fitter, he was a huge help getting me set up in the right position on the bike. Couldn’t recommended him more.

Outstanding prompt service I booked my gravel bike in for a new rear cassette as gears had been slipping. Rob advised it may not need a new cassette, but they would check it out. Within 2 hours I received a text saying it was ready for pickup. No rear cassette required, the gears were out of alignment, all fixed and a bill for $40 .. .. unbelievable service, congrats guys, a very satisfied customer. Riding like a dream!
