Get fit and be a better, happier person – I've been a member here for about two years and I can confidently say that this place has a family atmosphere and very accomplished, helpful staff. Steve Ventura, the owner, has a deep understanding of physiology, various training techniques and how each individual requires specific, unique instruction. Hidden gem – From the outside you wouldn't think much of the place, but once inside you know your in for a great workout. I recently joined and what struct me was how everyone was doing their thing. Working out getting ready or taking a 5 minute breather. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but it was the atmosphere that I liked. I felt comfortable and didn't see the usual pick up spot stuff here. I love to train and I can do that here.

Great workout Fair Price – I just became a member of this gym and am really ejoying it. You have to come ready to work. Not for lazy people. You workout next to amateur and competitive fighters. There's always attention for new people. Always one instructor and an assitant per class. The staff is friendly and know your name. Family environment. If you don't show up they call you. They are always available for questions. Reasonable fee for the attention you get. A definite must see. Excellent energy!
