I didn’t appreciate the customer service at this location! Very unprofessional. Agent I was assisted by was Jennifer N.
Awful....was on phone since app 10am til 344p off & on on HOLD, each time recording announced waiting time up to 130+.!?*# I only have 1 car can't go in person right now. Now I may have $7 late fee due to bad service.
Everyone that I have worked with has been friendly, helpful and answers my questions. Its a pleasure to visit this branch!

Worst branch ever!!! First time going since long time, the man in the front so rude for no reason. Second time going the teller Jessica Navarro. I ask simple question about my account. She literally contradicted herself and didn’t have knowledge to a simple question.
