I don’t know why the average rating is so low for this branch. CUs always have their limitations, but there are great payoffs for those. I have found this branch of VCCU to be excellent, helpful, courtesy and professional!
I ordered a new debit card less than a week ago and my current card was randomly declined without notice. I hadn’t even received the new card yet and they just shut off my current card. So now I have to come into the bank to take out cash instead of using my card until the new one arrives which they said would come in four days? Thanks for making me late.
Zero stars to this bank location, the assistant manager and the manager are not qualified for this position they do and say what they want on their own terms they don’t care about helping to resolve issues because they don’t care and want to help anyone. Stay away from this credit union.
The people working in the bank are friendly and do a great job.
Horrible service 3 unknown transaction on my account i called to ask for help and they said “it’s been processed so we can’t do anything about it” WDYM!?? So do I just allow for money to be taken out of my account ??
