I have to say my loan situation was not the norm. I thought I would be wasting my time. But after speaking with Corey, he know all the right answers. Not only was he up to date on guidelines but he actually calculated my debt to income on the spot and prequalified me over the phone. The longest part of the transaction was the appraisal. Seems due to the low rates every appraiser was booked. Corey even got me a discount. When my loan closed, they got me 2.625% lower than i was originally quoted! Bravo, bravo.
