We purchased 3 outdoor ceiling Fans from Venice home Nokomis November 2024. We explained that we were installing 2 of the fans on our lanai that is screened in, according to their fan specialist Justin (who is no longer employed there) he said no problem, we paid to have them install them so there wouldn't be any questions. The first rain 2 of the fans quit working. When we contacted the store they told us it was our fault they were installed there. They are the supposedly fan experts and also the installers.
