The team here are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. I needed some thin mdf with Australian Oak veneer to cover staircase risers. When I came to pick it up it was so well protected with packing sheets. The office staff and the warehouse people are all very helpful. Even though I was making a comparatively small purchase, I felt valued as a customer.
