RECEIVING HOURS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE 1am to 7am. IF YOU CAN GET THERE EARLIER THAN YOUR APPOINTMENT IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED AND WE WILL TRY TO GET YOU UNLOADED AND ON YOUR WAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ONE OF THE RECEIVERS IS USUALLY THERE BY 9pm.
Had 4 am appt on friday 9/27/24.got here 30 min past midnight,5 min later im in door and start unloading right away..good folks at night shift.oh and also by 1:30 i told him truck stop next exit is pack at night he gave me a space to camp till morning.
I get checked in 12:30 my appointment was 1 pm get door 2 pm still waiting its 10:00 pm now avoid this place @ all cost the ruined my day all day they will keep you Hostage here horrible service!!
