Have used this notary a couple times as the weekend hours are convenient. Have NEVER received a receipt for services, and prices always seem higher than other notaries. Stopped Saturday for a simple title transfer, which was nearly $300. Used a debit card which he claimed was declined, he ran the card 3x claiming it did not go through until I finally paid cash. He is very knowledgeable and has great hours!
Ask him what all I need to get title n plate do I take everything he asks for n then he needs something else so I drive 20vmiles to get what he asked for (receipt) when I have the title notarized n signed over from Old owner, but still need a written receipt;!;makes no sense at all plus I had receipt of check I paid him with,still not good enough,then wouldn't take partial debit n the rest a check but waits till I drive twice(20 miles) to tell me that.. then give me an attitude n tell me I owe him money....what a rip off!!
