Andrea was great to work with, she listened to my wishes and gave me beautiful eyebrows. I am definitely making Andrea my eyebrow specialist and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and her level of detail -- she did not rush and mad sure my brows were perfect. Jane
I booked an appointment a week in advance to get waxed before my vacation, I even got a reminder of the appointment 24 hours before. You also have to pay in full plus tip before the appointment. She did not show up. I waited outside her business for 20 minutes and after calling and texting she said there was a “scheduling conflict.” I wish I had listened to the other review about her being late / not showing up last minute. Great experience and service.
Andrea is the best lash technician and owner of this salon. She has done my lashes twice and truly understands what I like and makes it happen. She is easy to schedule last minute and very reasonably priced. Clean space, easy to find and lots of parking as well.
Had a great waxing service today! I love that Andrea is flexible with availability and really cares about the client experience. She was very thorough and I'll be back! Give her a call! Edit to my previous review: I had a second appointment scheduled for a wax service and 8 mins before Andrea canceled. I didn't mention in my first review that when I showed up for my first appointment she wasn't there, didn't know we had an appointment but rescheduled for the next day. OK no big deal.
