I had to leave a 1 star because I had no choice otherwise I would not leave a star at all. Unfortunately, our experience here was not a good one. The tax preparer was dismissive and unwilling to answer basic questions about our return. Instead of explaining things clearly, he came across as impatient and rude. Taxes can already feel overwhelming, so having someone make you feel uncomfortable for asking questions is unacceptable. We chose to leave and find someone else who treated us with respect. El señor no tiene educación, hace comentarios que nada que ver. No mantiene el profesionalismo y se toma atribuciones que no le corresponden, lástima porque llevaba años acudiendo aquí pero por su mala educación y falta de respeto iré a otro lugar
An older man made an unwarranted comment to my partner when she took her mother. It was rude and he was not even part of the tax procedure. Will definitely not recommend someone business at this establishment.
