I worked with them and it’s the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. First of they submitted my tax return without my W-2 forms. We got refund from government. Than we realized they forgot to add my W-2 forms. So they submitted new form and we owed money to pay. Story is still okay till here. Than we re-pay the return to IRS. Couple weeks ago we received a letter from IRS it says we didn’t pay this refund. Which is wrong. I called them no one answer the phone.
