Hello from Canada! Installed my Rad Rover 6 + controller this afternoon. Install is pretty straight forward. I did have a issue with the programing however the boys from Area 13 where very understanding and patient with me. Together we solved the issue. I can't say enough good this about the staff. The controller it's self kicks ass. Love it!!!

My wife and I went to Area 13 Bikes after trying a couple of other stores. We were so pleased and impressed with Kyle and the staff there. We told him what our budget was and Kyle said he could work with us. He showed us several bikes and we purchased 2 e-bikes that we are very happy with. When we picked them up, Kyle was not there but Blake gave us an overview of what the bikes can and can't do and he showed us the best and easiest way to load them into the back of our truck. Went in yesterday and picked up My new Velotric Summit. Can’t say enough good things about Kyle and the guys. The knowledge and expertise they have really made it easy to find the right bike for me. I came in after work right before they were closing and they stayed and let me test ride a couple bikes until well after closing time. Would highly recommend going to area 13 if you are in the market for an e-bike!
