I took my Ebike in for repairs 4 weeks ago. After a bear had damaged it. I asked them to repair the derailleur, throttle and throttle cable, give it a tune up and fix any other issues . Had a friend Pick up my bike last week for me. Unloaded it. The very first thing I noticed is no key for the bike. , my bike has the keyed power switcg I was willing to let that slide. Hello from Canada! Installed my Rad Rover 6 + controller this afternoon. Install is pretty straight forward. I did have a issue with the programing however the boys from Area 13 where very understanding and patient with me. Together we solved the issue. I can't say enough good this about the staff. The controller it's self kicks ass. Love it!!!

My wife and I went to Area 13 Bikes after trying a couple of other stores. We were so pleased and impressed with Kyle and the staff there. We told him what our budget was and Kyle said he could work with us. He showed us several bikes and we purchased 2 e-bikes that we are very happy with.
