I needed to rent a car for a few days I called multiple times left multiple messages and nothing my truck was in the shop I needed to get back and forth to work and they failed I will never recommend this place and will never call them again horrible business

I was promised my rental car will be available for the weekend. I did not receive a call or email about my rental car not being available till when I call velocity rental the morning before my flight to confirm everything before I was told the car was in the shop that is after taking my $200.00 deposit. Up to now I have not received my deposit yet and it's been a week ago and counting. What kind of business is this. I would not recommend them. Velocity rental was the easiest and most helpful out of all the rental companies I tried and I was extremely happy to find someone open on a Sunday. I’ve used their services on multiple occasions and always get the best customer service. Thanks again Velocity!!

My car was in the shop last weekend and i was desperate to find a rental on a Sunday. Nobody is open, but Velocity was. They are super responsive, helpful and quick about processing. I thought my car would by ready by Wednesday, and it wasn't, so i texted Darcy on Wednesday asking to extend the rental. She got right back to me and charged my card remotely to extend my rental for 2 more days. Super convenient and helpful- I've been recommending Velocity to everyone. They're the best!
