Scott is great. Being newer to the triathlon scene and cycling I was able to just pop in and pick his brain on what I needed to look for in a tri bike without breaking the bank. Scott serviced a new to me bike quickly and efficiently hitting all of the things that was looking to turn the bike into. Bike fit was quick and painless as well. Couldn't recommend Scott and Velocity enough. He truly wants the best experience for the people that he works with!
Had help with my bike. I didnt have an appointment, Scott met with me right away and made the quick repair. Incredibly nice! I will be bringing my bike to Velocity for any future issues.
We purchased our Jamis step through bikes about a year ago from here and absolutely love them, we travel full-time and have enjoyed them! We got back to town this week to take them in for the initial checkup and had a warranty repair done to one and it was smooth and quick. Really enjoy our visits there as we are educated more and more each time on not just our bikes but others as we have questions about various ebikes and such.
