Besides the fact that we have never used this machine for the years we were locked into a contract,now that it's over we just want to be rid of this account and device and can not cancel. Been calling for months and left on hold for so long the call just drops, then when you call back they say it will be a while and they will call back an never do!. PLEASE JUST GIVE US AN ADDRESS TO SHIP THIS STUFF BACK,WE DONT WANT YOUR "SERVICES" ANY LONGER!!
