Very disappointing experience — issue not resolved I visited Velocity - Epic after a friend recommended Jeff as someone knowledgeable about vehicle key fobs. I have a 2011 Dodge Journey with an intermittent key-fob problem. Sometimes the fob would not unlock the vehicle, forcing me to open it manually, triggering the alarm.
