Velocity Credit Union is awesome place to bank. Any banking needs you can ask the banking Clerks questions on things you not sure of and they'll try to answer your questions best of their ability.
Aida was SUCH a pleasure to work with. I walked in without an appointment then she graciously helped me open up an account and stayed with me to make sure that everything went smooth! Process was beyond easy and she was so knowledgeable and just such a kind person
I would definitely recommend Velocity Community Credit Union to anyone. Recently, I went through a tough experience where my account had been hacked. Not only did velocities security protocol prevent the hackers from getting any money. Their staff was especially patient and understanding throughout the process of closing and opening a new account.
