“Aida’ customer service skills are truly exceptional. She ensured I had a smooth and stress-free experience opening my bank account with Velocity, even as the bank was approaching closing time. She personally assisted with downloading the mobile banking app and made sure it was fully functional before I left. To my surprise, she also issued my Visa debit card on the spot and personally walked me to the ATM to show me how to access the bank lobby after hours.
