I had such a wonderful experience at Velocity Bank thanks to Aida. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I stopped by Velocity Community Credit Union to pay off my vehicle with a cashier's check. I came prepared since this branch doesn't accept cash. My first interaction with Branch Manager Shelly wasn't the warmest. I said, "Good morning," and when she immediately asked how she could help me, I replied, "I said good morning," in case she didn't hear me, or doesnt answer questions.
