Velocity Community Federal Credit Unión uses illegal tactics by placing Liens on Homestead homes. This is related to a credit card debit as a job lost occurred and I lost most of my assets. The collection practices are out of control and they use a law firm without ethical values. It seems that they carried a vendetta with people who loose their jobs and are unable to pay their credit cards. Do not deal with this bank as you risk this harassment behavior from their collection illegal tactics.
Not such great drive thru service today.

To whom it may concern: My name is Trenda McDonald and I came to the PBG location on Saturday, 1/11/2020 for a deposit and had a horrible experience. My teller was Karlene. Normally when I come I complete the deposit slip, provide my Drivers License, and inform the teller that I have two accounts and which account I want the funds put in.
