This was the second time I used this removal service, and unfortunately it will also be the last. I am very disappointed with the experience. Some of my furniture was DAMAGED, and my washing machine was SCRATCHED A LOT during the move. The process took an unreasonably long time, more than 11 hours to complete, even though the moving distance was only about a 5-minute walk and I did not have many items.
