I hired Velocita to help me move apartment. They took great care of my belongings and absolutely powered through the 4 flights of stairs. Thanks to James and Alex!
On the day of the move their truck hit the property gate and damaged it. Gate was still operational but required repairs through strata. At the day the removalist said they would honor the repair as their insurance would pay for it. After that, removalist refused to pay and strata is chasing me for the repair. I tried to call them and reason with them but they refuse to discuss and have no problem in just leaving their customer to fork out the bill for their damage.
International student here, had their service a few days ago to move into our new apartment, the guy was friendly, and is very honest, no hidden fee within their service. Would really recommend
