Highly unprofessional . Wouldn’t recommend very disrespectful.
One of my favorite places to do business. Bought a Velocity wheelset from them and had no issues whatsoever.
Bought from Velo Mine online. They were helpful and quick to respond to questions. They shipped the bike quickly and it arrived in just a week! Bike was packed very well and protected appropriately. Bike I received was exactly as advertised. Definitely recommend working with this shop!

Ben personally reached out to help make sure my parts would fit before shipping rather than making me learn the hard way, I can’t be more appreciative or thankful for your top tier service, knowledge and sweet bike parts!
