I bought bicycles and components from Ben for years. He always goes above and beyond to make a shopping experience pleasurable as possible and hasslefree. I used to own a bike store myself. I can tell you that there is no better place to buy parts and bicycles then from Velo Mine
Had issues with a campy rear derailleur. LBS couldn’t resolve pairing problems. Contacted Ben Cole. He personally reached out to campy west of Mississippi. The Rep stopped by my home on way to office. Not only fixed the pairing issue, he is going to fix the original derailleur. The rep hooked me up with a mechanic that knows campy. WoW O WoW!!!!! Thanks Ben and all of velomine.

These guys are awesome. I bought a Campagnolo wireless groupset from them, and the transaction and product has been nothing but amazing. Extremely helpful, and they even expedited a new brake hose for me when I kinked the original one during the assembly of the bike. Top notch shop for sure!
