I've been coming to Velo for years to service my push bike and then recently decided to purchase an e-bike. As always, the team were incredibly helpful in assisting me to find the right bike, explaining all my options very knowledgably and patiently! I had a very strange conversation when I called velo electric this morning. I was enquiring about a bike they sold me where the electric power had stopped working. The woman I spoke to said she didn’t think they would be able to fix it as it was an out dated system (with the battery in the rack) and they are having trouble getting parts post-covid.
