Really substandard outlet. I purchased mudguard mountings clearly pictured in black colour and described as BLACK in the title and was just sent silver/stainless items. The guy is now arguing with me that these won’t be noticeable on the bike. 0/10 for this waste of time and wasn’t cheap either! “ Sorry we don’t have black nuts and washers in stock. This is a clearance item I will amend the photo. The nuts and washers are not really visible when fitted”

I purchased a new bike (not from Velo Duo Cycles) which came with Long Reach Brake Calipers, of very poor quality, and barely stopped the bike. For those who don't know, Long Reach Brake Calipers for road bikes are very far and few between, and those that do exist, are normally of very poor quality due to the Long Reach and the cheap materials used.
