This place has been a go-to for me over the years. The entire team is knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. There have been times when I needed urgent assistance—like getting stuck with my heavy bike—and one of the team members, with a cool Ned Kelly Beard, went out of their way to help me carry it to their shop for repairs. What a legend .. Their dedication and support go above and beyond—I can’t recommend them enough!
Crank literally fell off my bike on the way home, luckily I was a short walk from Velo - the legend on shift helped me out in no time and sent me safely on my way again
The lady staffer with a spare tire gives off toxic vibes. A generally unpleasant experience.
The team at Velo Cycles are fabulous! I walked in at 5.23pm on a Friday afternoon (yes, that annoying customer who walks in RIGHT before close!!) with a flat tyre after finishing work for the day. The team fixed it right away for me, were so kind in the process and full of positivity. If I didn't try my luck, it would have been over an hours walk home, so thank you so much for your generosity, kindness and efficiency! I was out of the store by 5.30pm. Will definitely be back!
