I just had a great experience at Velo cycles. Had to replace a 20yro tyre (great innings)...took it in, dealt with Stuart...very friendly and helpful. Put a new tyre in 15 minutes and didn't try to up sell me. Very happy with the service and very reasonable price. Highly recommended
Exceptional Service with a Can-Do Attitude I had a stubborn pedal that just wouldn’t budge, no matter what tool I tried. I brought my bike in, and the young technician was incredibly helpful and determined to get the job done. With a lot of persistence and know-how, he finally managed to remove the old pedal and crank, and fit a new one perfectly. This place has been a go-to for me over the years. The entire team is knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. There have been times when I needed urgent assistance—like getting stuck with my heavy bike—and one of the team members, with a cool Ned Kelly Beard, went out of their way to help me carry it to their shop for repairs. What a legend .. Their dedication and support go above and beyond—I can’t recommend them enough!
Crank literally fell off my bike on the way home, luckily I was a short walk from Velo - the legend on shift helped me out in no time and sent me safely on my way again
The lady staffer with a spare tire gives off toxic vibes. A generally unpleasant experience.
