Bike shop with a soul! Staff are super trustworthy and knowledgeable.
Excellent service and quick turnaround. I snapped my derailleur cable on a bikepacking trip nearby and they solved like 5 different other problems with my bike while they replaced the cable. All while I sat on their comfy couch and used their wall charger to recharge my phone. Two thumbs up!

Yet another well deserved 5 star review. I've had a wonky front wheel since I dumped my bike last fall. After trying to true the wheel myself and getting frustrated, Velo Cats accommodated me on short notice on a Saturday and did a great job in short order while I went to the farmers market. Many thanks for the quick, high quality service. I'll definitely be back for future work on my bike.
