Got my first ebike here and have taken my analog bike in for tune ups. Staff are always super friendly and helpful; I appreciated getting to sit down and talk through ebike options and being able to ask lots of questions since I came in not sure of what I wanted. Really happy with the bike I picked out!
We came in with a flat tire and within minutes he sent us on our way with a new tube and a new rim strip, saving our weekend!
