Great service! The fellas who attended me showed extreme expertise in their field, and I loved how they asked specific question understand my needs before making any suggestions. Most importantly it was obvious they were very honest!
After having some frustrations with another bike shop while trying to get a bike for my son. We ended up at Velo, the staff were fantastic, and knowledgeable. They understood our needs, helped size my son with a bike exactly what we needed for him. Promised the bike would be in before his next race and delivered on their promise. "Say what you mean, mean what you say" Very pleased with the Velo team and will be going to them again.
Wicked shop, went above and beyond to help me out of a pinch and got me back riding super quickly. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area.
Best Customer Service bar none! I live about 7 hours from this shop and called to find out if they could get a product for my bike that I was having a hard time finding - and not only did they have the product, but the second part that I needed they ordered in for me and had it within a few days! Dylan was especially helpful and Velo Bike Ski Trail will be the only bike shop I'll call from now on. Highly Recommend this shop to anyone looking for a top class Bike shop with great service!
