My 2 teenage boys visited the shop today and raved about the customer service received. They are 13 years old and said they where not treated as if they were going to steal or not taken seriously because of their age. The compitition lost 2 customers today and Velo gained 2. Bravo in not putting all teenagers in the same basket and taking their purchase seriously regardless of their age!!! You now have 2 life long clients. Strongly recommend!!
Had 2 bad experiences, first time I went in I brought in my newly mailed in mountain bike. It wasn't shifting correctly, so googled it to find out the derailleur hanger was bent. I made sure to advise the mechanic of what I thought the issue was before he started working on the bike. Since it wasn't busy I could watch him work, he adjusted the stopper screws which did not need tuning, then called it fixed. Clearly wasn't fixed push him to get the derailleur hanger tool out, finally did and repaired my bike. It's like the guy... read more
A great bike shop! The main appeal over the other bike shops in Moncton and Dieppe is that VELO has a 2 year after-care service, so if you have any minor issues they'll fix you up without any extra charges! Got myself an e-bike through VELO at a great discount, and it came with a free bike rack as part of a summer season deal! Make sure to donate to their beverage fund when you visit!
