Excellent service yet again fixed my bike at short notice.
Thank you so much to everyone at VB for the exceptional service associated with my new bike purchase. Luke, Matt and team certainly provided expert guidance to help me with my buying decision and then the after sales support was second to none. Thank you again - I'm loving the bike.
Faultless .. Unlike the bike! Had the "Bronze" service on my Orro Terra (Shimano 105 Groupset), and a snapped bolt removed from the frame (It held the Pannier Rack in place).. Bit of a false start as I had to re-arrange the original booking, which was easily altered via e-mail with Matt. I dropped the bike off early and as we were away that week, VB held it till my return .. Polite and helpful staff, not cheap but then again, quality doesn't come cheap these days...
Great service and friendly staff !
