Wanted to remove an-old fridge upstairs from a townhouse and take new fridge upstairs. Good Guys delivery drivers tried and damaged old fridge (we wanted to keep as spare in garage) and damaged stair walls but delivery drivers couldn’t get old fridge down stairs. Called Vella Van and they came within an hour and did a great job. Only took 5-10 minutes to move old and new fridge up and down. No scratches anywhere. Very professional. Thought they might have been expensive so tried other Removalists but all same price.
I used Vella Van to move from the Central Coast back to Sydney. I had two guys - Aaron and Jaison. They were amazing and so polite. They packed all my things carefully and there was no breakages or spills. They were efficient, the price was very reasonable and the boys were quick and careful. I would not hesitate to use Vella Van again.
Had the absolute best experience with Mook and Kyle. They were truly amazing from start to finish! Both of them went above and beyond to make my move smooth, stress free, and even super enjoyable. They helped me with absolutely everything, carefully packing, carrying, and setting up my things. Waine and his team of extremely professional movers were amazing. Had absolute peace of mind with the move, and I can see the care that went into ensuring my things were taken care of during the move. Hardly see that with other movers that just want to get the job done. A big thumbs up for that. Move was quick and everything was placed where I liked them, and they were very accommodating with my small requests. I will definitely get their services again, and I definitely highly recommend if you have any moving needs.
