This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with another human being in my life. Jessica wouldn’t even listen to my case and story for 3 minutes before mocking me and telling me to shut up. She wouldn’t hear my case. Then she charged me $400 for an 8 minute phone call when she wouldn’t even listen to me. Big chip on the shoulder. Big disrespect. Don’t use Jessica Vincent, she is not good.

I contacted VCV to sell my mothers house, and everything was easy....well except the 18 inches of snow on Closing date. However, even with the office closed, Josh Paultre made it his mission to get the closing done and done well. His attention to detail and steady handling of the process gave me confidence i made the right choice. Jenn there was also equally fantasic.
