The team is incredibly kind, well-mannered, and professional. Their customer service is outstanding. they take the time to clearly explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which I really appreciate. They work quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I’ve always felt confident in their expertise, and I’m so thankful for how smoothly they got my taxes done!!
The staff doesn't communicate with each other. One tried to gaslight us into thinking we didn't call them before going they said we didn't need an appointment. When we arrived they said "you didn't call, you probably called somewhere else". They did not even try to help, they kept making excuses.
