Phenomenal service!!! Horrible experience with the broker, transport arrived and broker hadnt given correct paperwork, tied up their driver, they called me, explained the situation, were patient and kind. Amazing communication and updates throughout the transport. Wish I could have cut out the broker and just reached out to Vela personally! Thank you for delivering my vehicle safely, and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!
