Best massage in Santa Monica. Always extremely clean and courteous, with very skilled masseuses. My girlfriend and I swear by this place and always walk out feeling rejuvenated and pain free. Thank you Vela!!
After being a loyal customer for two years, I was shocked by how Vela Massage handled a simple scheduling issue. I asked to change the time of my appointment and was still charged a cancellation fee. There was no effort to resolve the situation, no flexibility, and the communication was extremely unprofessional. I felt disrespected as a long-time client and treated like my loyalty meant nothing. This experience completely changed my view of the business. Very disappointing.
My hot stone/thai massage was great. The massage therapist did a great job and targeted everything I asked her.
That was the worse massage I have ever had! And the worse part was when I came to the front desk to tell them, they told me they don’t care to pay and leave. Don’t go there!!!!
