I have had a limited contact with this firm, but my impression is that it is an excellent firm. Their approach is honest and open. Everything is laid out and the cost of their services are well detailed. It is a good start. Their paralegal is very well prepared and explained Everything to me in a nice, plain fashion. If you have disabled access as stated in your profile then tell me where is the sign to indicate where the access is? From the front of the building to the left are steps and to the right are steps, thus not accessible from the front!! So there presumably is a back entrance?? But where is it exactly, under the underpass of your building or maybe down the road. Either way there is NO sign to say where the access is. I know, I was there last week taking a trip down memory Lane and took some pics.
Avoid at all costs! Veitch Penny were involved with a transaction of ours in late 2021 / early 2022 a constant source of frustration. Super unhelpful and inefficient throughout the process. A complete lack of urgency from day one. Constant complaints from estate agents describing VP as rude and difficult to deal with. A 3 month process took nearly 6 months with VP a major factor causing £1,000’s extra due to the delay.
