I had a fantastic time here picking out a wedding dress and left with the complete opposite of what I envisioned - but completely perfect. Being my first wedding dress shop I didn’t know what to expect and Carole provided super friendly service and it took only 2 dresses to find “the one.” Jen was very communicative, patient and helpful, setting out a range of dresses to suit my budget before my appointment. I can’t thank them both enough! Thanks again ☺️
Today I got the dress of my dreams!! I can’t recommended this bridal store enough. Firstly, the store itself is beautiful, as soon as I stepped foot through the door I fell in love with it. I felt so comfortable and relaxed and both Jen and her mum made the entire experience completely stress free. What a lovely team they make! All I can say is - such an amazing experience. I’d been to four bridal shops before this and honestly have not enjoyed any of them half as much as veils and vows. Jennifer and her mum are such lovely people and made the entire experience amazing. You have the entire studio to yourself and it just makes it such a personal experience. And I finally said yes to the dress!! Over the moon. Jennifer also has an iPad where she can draw on alterations you’re thinking of so you can actually see it !! Veils and vows was only the second shop I went to and i immediately found my perfect dress. The selection of dresses there were gorgeous and Jen and Carole were so lovely, helpful and kind throughout. The studio is also really beautiful and made me feel so special. Before ordering my dress and veil Carole did make me aware it would be close time wise but that we would be able to get it just about in time for the wedding.
