I have had my my car repair needs done by JBs Repair for over 15 years and have always been extremely happy with the work they do. John and Charla are the best!!! When they told me they had added a car rental service, I was delighted. The cars are older, but clean and well maintained. Shirlee, who handles the rentals is friendly and efficient and the prices are fair. Without hesitation, I highly recommend both JBs Repair and Vehicle Rentals Hawaii. It’s a plus that they are locally owned and operated.

Best car rental experience I have had regarding customer service and communication. The car was perfect, Shirlee was a pleasure to deal with and we were picked off and dropped back to the airport. We were able to extend our rental with no hassle! We had a slight mistake with locking the keys in the car but this was sorted instantly by Shirlee and she was so kind about it. Would recommend this place to all! Thankyou Vehicle Rentals Hawaii for making our stay so easy in Kauai!

My fiance and I booked a beach wedding in July! We made rental plans early and booked a car rental from Turo back in January. A couple days before our trip we got notice our car rental cancelled. We had NOTHING and every car rental in Kauai was booked! I sent a plee email to Vehicle Rentals Hawaii and Courtney was amazing! They technically didn't have a vehicle but were anticipating a new delivery a couple of days before we arrived. Courtney and staff were so accommodating to us.
