I've been a customer for 9 months . I had 3 bad experiences with **** customer service Manager of Vehicle Protection America . I've called May 2020 he huff and puffs when I am speaking . And does not speak professionally. Every time I called I always hope that i do not have to speak to him . October 2020 I've brought my car in to get check . This customer called in first telling us she was on the way to the Dr for heart Palpitations. Then she wrongly accused us of taking a payment which was not correct. In fact she made all her own payments. Then out of nowhere she demanded a supervisor. Then this same customer called back 3 times in 30 minutes requesting her policy number which we were happy to help her with each time. There is an old expression that you never really know what you have with your insurance company until you need to use it and I suppose the same applies to Vehicle Protection America. I have had two occasions...and both were relatively major repairs...to use my coverage with Vehicle Protection Amercia and I could NOT be more pleased. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and there were no "hidden fees" or surprises of any kind.
