I pawned my wedding ring and i came back to get it a week later and the pawn shop was closed. I called and it's still closed over a month now with no explanation. I called the owner he hung up in my face. This place SUCKS!!!!!! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!

bad, none of the employees here never seem like they want to help. I've witnessed several employees just hang out out behind the counter and when you ask to see something they act like it's a hassle. One employee said I wasn't able to purchase something that was out for sale because it was supposed be for the owners wife. Recently the had a big dog roaming bout the store. This business is obviously ran poorly. I've yet to purchase anything because of the customer service here.

Wondering when they will reopen would like to get my jewelry back. Could someone give us a idea when they will open. I'm getting worried now. Th I'm trying to get my jewelry back. I called tonight the phone is out of service. I'm in tears. I've been trying to get it back since Oct 2016. Now the phone has been disconnected as of yesterday. I'm so upset ive been in tears since last night. I will never trust any jewelry shops again.
