This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had with any supplier. I was urgently trying to order a critical electrical unit for a senior living facility in Las Vegas — where residents are currently without fully functioning AC in 110° heat. The employees of this company are so rude !! I was given a quote for a job by an employee by the name of Shane . He gave me his info to call him when we were ready to proceed . When i. Called him a few weeks later he picked up and hung up the phone on me . I then texted him asking for a phone call back maybe it was a mistake . Nothing back.
