Sanford is the best! I called his office because I needed a notary but then I found out that he does document preparation as well. Sanford was great!!! I reached out to him on a Sunday morning in a hurry to get a form notarized for my daughter's school by the following Monday, and he was able to assist me! We had agreed to a meeting spot. However, when time got closer, I was unable to make it. I reached out to him to let him know, and he was able to come to me instead for a small additional charge. Sanford did a great job. I was in his office less than 30 minutes and he resolved my issue with recorder's office and a deed transfer. I have been fighting that for over 2 years. And the original attorney, told me it would cost me another $2,000 for him to fix it it was his error. I was willing to pay him for the last 2 years and he never did anything.
