Such wonderful customer care!! I purchased a product that is made to order but needed it quickly, I had a call and email from the owner and was offered some different options. I chose the item in a different colour that was in stock and she kindly shipped it out with faster delivery to be in time for a birthday party. I’m so grateful and the whole experience was amazing. Highly recommended and the dry robe is super warm, windproof, great quality and ethical. Superb!!! Thanks again :)
Honestly, a little disappointed…ordered a sports bag and it was good for what I needed it for, nice feeling fabric. But when I looked closer a lot of the stitching was fraying and coming loose. The logo embroidery wasn’t the best either. I find it really weird that they’ve kept another brand’s label on the bag? On the order confirmation it says each bag is “made to order”, but clearly they’ve just bought this bag and all they’ve done is stitched the logo on. I will shop at Vegan Happy over and and over again!! Great products, great service and great ethics.! I ordered a hat and it wasn't quiet right and Lorri was super helpful at suggesting the perfect hat for me. It made me go on to buy one of the robes which I have wanted for ages but was worried about the sizing. I ordered a few different ones to try and again Lorri was so helpful and gave me advice on the best one, and sent me links so I could research further and helped me with the return. I am been buying from Vegan Happy Clothing for a couple of years now, and never been disappointed. The quality of the clothing (T-shirt, sweatshirts) is excellent, it washes and wears very well, retains shape and colour perfectly. This last purchase was accessories kitbag etc and again I was very impressed at the quality. I am proud to support this company and wear the Vegan Happy logo with pride. It sparks a conversation. Would recommend.
I have recently discovered Vegan Happy and the experience has been great. The clothing is of exceptional quality, stylish and I love the choice of colours 😊. I have just received my Super Soft Beanie and Knitted City Legging, super pleased with both. I also have the Changing Robe and Sherpa Hoodie, bring on the cold and wet weather 😂.
