Dispatcher called patient who doesn’t hear very well, he was very rude & cursing her out. Very unprofessional!!!
Unacceptable and Terrible Service
DO NOT RECOMMEND dispatcher was RUDE even hung up the phone on me.
Car did not come on time. When I called to ask when car will come, dispatcher was rude, so is owner. Unacceptable for medicade transportation who works with elderly or disabled people
