I had the same experience with this Cab Co. I couldn't get anything but their voicemail, and no calls were returned. How do they expect to get business if they don't answer their phone?
My first and only experience with Brighton Cab Co. was more than unsatisfying. My phone call was met by a voicemail, which in fact did nothing to help me acquire a ride. The cab services were needed for an evening event and the message was left with them at 11:30 am was still not returned when I left for my event at 5:00 pm. Needless to say this is hands down the last company I would recommend to anyone.
