Charges above and beyond what Florida law states a notary may charge for each notarial act. I simply needed my signature notarized on a document today. A single page document. And she said it was going to be $54 because the document was related to a trust. Per Florida law, it doesn't matter what the document is related to. You are just notarizing the signature.
