Talk about great service! Have been shopping here for a few years now and the service just gets better and better. Staff are so knowledgeable and never try to sell me things I don’t need! Great products, great support, great prices…..all around an incredible experience.
Was going to make a decent size purchase, offered to price match black friday online prices however wouldn't honor it over $15 shipping, seemed like a bad way to deal with a customer looking to spend hundreds in your store today. I'll go to the other store when I'm in North Van next week and get the better price, as it's worth it for me. Lost my business over this, I probably won't be back after that experience. They did get $50 out of me because I wanted a tire today but soured on their store.
Talk about great service! Dropped in with my bike. I know nothing about adjusting my rear and front shocks. Peter there was so helpful and took the time to perfectly set my shocks for my weight. Thanks Peter and everyone at Vedder Mountain Bike Co!
I was trying to decide between a handful of specific models when buying a new and quite expensive bike. I came in the shop at least 6 times to ask questions and bounce ideas off Spencer. He was always patient with me and answered all my questions. He never pressured me to buy and worked out an outstanding package deal for me going well above and beyond regular levels of customer service.
