If you want to lift, there is no place better! Dav is the best at what he does. Couldn't recommend IC Fitness enough!
I just wanted to leave a honest and good review on a very well organized and taken care of gym. The gym has every machine and piece of equipment that you could think of to hit everybody part and do it safely. The gym was well organized and had plenty of room to work on machines next to somebody if need be. I love this place so much. I’ve tried so many gyms and this is the only gym that made me excited to go to and lift / workout. Everyone is so nice and respectful, the equipment is perfect, tons of space, and there’s always lifting or cardio machines available at all times! Owner and trainers are the nicest people Ever! Definitely recommend
