Incredible gym, with an amazing atmosphere. I found that I got my best lifts done here. The staff is also extremely nice, and were willing to work with me regarding my membership given my very specific situation.
If you want to lift, there is no place better! Dav is the best at what he does. Couldn't recommend IC Fitness enough!
I just wanted to leave a honest and good review on a very well organized and taken care of gym. The gym has every machine and piece of equipment that you could think of to hit everybody part and do it safely. The gym was well organized and had plenty of room to work on machines next to somebody if need be.
