My grandpa had to go get blood drawn. They then damaged the sample and they made him go back to get more blood and made him pay for it!

Disappointed with how the front desk handled my insurance situation. I had recently started a new job and had active insurance coverage, but hadn’t received my physical card yet. I explained this at the front desk, and they told me to pay out of pocket and file a claim with my insurance later. I trusted their guidance, but later learned that’s not how insurance works. My mother had a scheduled appointment for a serious hand issue that requires regular injections due to severe pain. This office has already canceled on her once with less than 24 hours’ notice, which was frustrating and inconvenient—but we gave them the benefit of the doubt.
