Disappointed with how the front desk handled my insurance situation. I had recently started a new job and had active insurance coverage, but hadn’t received my physical card yet. My mother had a scheduled appointment for a serious hand issue that requires regular injections due to severe pain. This office has already canceled on her once with less than 24 hours’ notice, which was frustrating and inconvenient—but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, after driving over 40 minutes to the appointment, we were told she could not be seen unless she left a credit card on file. Dr Mohan saved my foot!!!!! I was in the hospital and scheduled for amputation due to osteomyelitis. He came in to see me on a referral from the orthopedic surgeon and said- let’s not go nuclear. Let me try to take out all the infected bone and tissue and go from there. It’s been a long 4 months but my wound has healed!!!!! And I still have my foot!!!!
