This bank is so unethical. I have a HELOC and I make on time payments every month and also pay extra every month towards principle. The statement always tells me my interest charge but yet every payment so mar they always take more towards interest than what it says I am charged with zero explanation. Deceived me on their HELOC (home equity line of credit) program and then sent me to collections for refusing to pay. They wanted $600+ just to close a HELOC with no balance on the line of credit. In addition to paying $1000+ in fees, appraisal, monthly charges. Stay away.
